Another difficult and weird run. Upon starting the run my legs felt heavy and sluggish but I didn’t feel as lethargic as I did on Tuesday night. I was approaching the run with, “if I feel alright – I might get some quick ones in”. Well as the run progressed, I was sluggish and couldn’t be bothered, so just kept it around 5:00 min pace.
Still a little sluggish, at 10 km mark I decided to at least get one fast one in. I didn’t really feel like it, I pushed myself into it. My split for that km was 3:45 /km. I at least pushed my heart rate higher.
