I'm merely curious whether most people prefer long runs on the Sunday as opposed to other days.
Three questions asked:
1. Weekend or Midweek
2. Day of week
3. Non running day after Long Run.

Good idea for a poll Steve. I've filled it in :-)
I prefer a Saturday long run myself, gets it over and done with. Not to mention it keeps Sunday free for races.
