I felt guilty all day today and just had to run on getting home from work. Last night I set the alarm for 4.30 am planning a run. Well the alarm went off, I thought about it and decided it would be nice to have another 1.5 hr’s sleep. I reset the alarm for 5.55 am. It was a nice sleep-in.
I didn’t really feel like running tonight but I was feeling guilty so I hit the road to least get 40 odd minutes in. Nice pace, easy all the way as illustrated by the graphs below.

If I was running at 4:30am I reckon I would be sleeping in too :-)
I also find it hard to run early, I need to be awake for about an hour before running so to begin at 4:30 it would be a pretty early start for me.
