Another early morning run, out of bed at 4.35 am and hitting the road at 4.50 am. I might get use to this caper, early morning runs.

I was not as time restricted this morning as I didn't need to catch a train. I had a company car overnight which meant I could leave home a little later.

So, an easy 12 k's incorporating the Werribee River. As per yesterday I really couldn'’t get into a strong pace, not straight away anyway. Again the graphs below clearly show low heart rate averages and not so fast splits. I'’m wondering, if I get use to this early morning thing, will this change (sluggishness). Only time will tell.

And thanks again for the sit-up reminder :-(

Good run there Steve.
I see Kevin Tiller has cracked it and pulled your Word Association post. Pity. It was fun while it lasted.
