Fri 30 Dec 2005 - No Headache Today

My headache's gone. I was late out of bed this morning (9.30 am) and by this time the temperature was already closing in on 30 degrees, basically very hot. I plan on running tonight, hopefully will be cooler and definitely out of the sun.
