Fri 9 Dec 2005 - No run - just abs - some plans
No run today. This morning I had all the intentions of going for a run tonight. I got home about 5 pm, a little tired, then decided that after five straight days of running I should have a rest. So I did.
Ab Session
About 2.30 pm at work, I got an abs session in for about 30 mins. It went something like this:-
Crunch/twist 5 x 20
Side bends (7.5 kg) 3 x 50
Oblique twists (bar) 3 x 50
Torso twists (sitting - bar) 1 x 50
Back stretching.
Run Plans 2006
Printed off the run calendar, from Cool Running website, for 2006 re - Marathons and Victorian events. Started ticking and hi-lighting a number of events for 2006. Haven't yet nutted it out completely, will do that on the weekend.
Weight
Oops, nearly forgot, my weight this morning 77.7 kg.

Firstly thanks for being my first official visitor.
It's a good idea to have a rest day it always makes me feel more motivated for my next run. I see that you are planning next year's events which is always hard and exciting, the year has gone so quick. Enjoy your break.
