Wed 7 Dec 2005 - Ab session at work

Ab session at work at 3 pm for 30 mins. It went something like this:- Twist/crunch 5 x 20 Side bends (7.5 kg) 3 x 50 Oblique twists (bar) 3 x 50 Twist/crunch 3 x 20 Back stretching Slightly different routine today, didn't do traditional sit-ups (200 usually) replaced them with the twist/crunch. The change did the trick, after those my abs were burning. I'll get a run in after work at home.
