Mon 12 Dec 2005 - Post PB Blues

Ok, I should know better by now. After the yesterday's 10 k PB and Saturdays fast 16 k'er, yesterday afternoon I was at my sister's for a bbq with the family. Not much water drunk, though I did drink a few amber fluids, the light version. Woke up today with a headache (eyestrain above right eye) not so much a hang-over (only had 4 cans), I'm putting it down to dehydration effects (which I suppose that's what a hang-over is - but you lot know what I mean). So, no run today for the first day of my holidays. Bloody headache with me all day. I lost count of the litres of water drunk. Weight this morning 78.0 kg. Thanks everybody for your kind comments re - yesterday's run. I'm thinking maybe my goal should be a sub 40 for 10 k's. Until next time.
