Tues 6 Dec 2005 - Ab session at work
Ab workout whilst at work about 3.10 pm for 30 mins. Didn't have enough time to slip a run in during work. I'll have to do that when I get home.
Sit-ups (exercise ball) 1 x 200
Oblique twist (bar) 3 x 50
Side bends (7.5 kg) 3 x 50
Sit-ups (exercise ball - twist crunch) 3 x 20
