Nice and easy 8 or so km from work around the Yarra. Nothing really to report other than it’s very festive down along the Yarra with all the preparations going on for the Commonwealth Games.
First time I've run straight from work in a couple of weeks. Reason being is that the shower was under repair, took them ages to fix it. Well, fixed today.
No charts and graphs tonight, simply not enough time.
Thanks everybody for your kind comments both here at my blog and at the forums in relation to yesterday’s PB.

Thanks for providing the Motionbased link, since I don't think in terms of the metric system very well at this point. You were trucking on Sunday with an avg pace of 7:04 min per mile. I wonder if you have to modify the data before you upload it to Motionbased or if it's straight from the GPS. I might start doing this more with my better runs. Congrats on the PB.
Belated congrats on the 10k pb!
Keep up the good work.
All the best,
Also Ran
Another late one, Congrats on the PB, great time. You should consider doing some speed work in your training, if so you will have no problem getting that time well below 40mins.
