Gym session - abs - 30 mins
Just a short entry today, nothing special, no running just an ab session in the company gym at 2.30 pm.
Started with stretches as per usual and now purposely including back stretching as well.
Session started with 200 sit-ups (using exercise ball) then various torso twists and bends using bars and light weights, crunches and finishing with another 100 sit-ups. Actually, finished with stretching.
Session lasting about 30 mins.
At weigh-in this morning I was 77.8 kg.
