Gym session whilst at work at 2 pm for 30 mins.
Sit-ups (exercise ball) 1 x 200 Oblique twists (bar) 2 x 50 Side bends (7.5 kg) 2 x 50 Sit-ups (exercise ball - crunch twist) 3 x 20
Legs feeling a little tight and sore from yesterday's Two Bays Trail run. I'll get over it.
