Another forced rest day due to sore feet. Well, that’s one excuse and the other is that I’m extremely tired. I really think the k’s I ran from Sunday through to Wednesday were excessive. Maybe I need to eat more to account for the energy drain.
Hopefully I’ll get a run in tomorrow. I was planning earlier in the week a 20 k’er but now, if my feet are right, I might just do 10 or so k’s.
