Pacific Sun - Cruise Ship - Day 6 - Lamin Bay

Arrived at Lamin Bay, an island of Vanuatu. No training today as I was extremely tired and stuffed from yesterday's effort at Ouvea Bay. Whilst stepping down the gangway to board a tender (small boat) I scratched my right calf on a steel step. On the island I couldn't get any bandaids to cover it. Well, anyway, this was the start of an infection which was later to give me some grief.
