Day 2 of P & O Cruise onboard Pacific Sun.
A treadmill workout with a difference. As the ship sways from side to side, running on a treadmill on a ship replicates real running more so that usual treadmill running. Every now and then swaying either left or right I had to brace myself on the treadmill handles simply to stay on the running belt. Rather disconcerting to start with but after a while it’s something I got use to.
Today I did two sessions one in the morning and another later in the afternoon. I got rather bored just running on the same spot but the view of the pool deck was not bad. (photos will follow).
Nice spa had after the second session.
