Rest day - just plain tired and sore feet
I was planning a 15 km run around the Yarra. I’ve done a heap of k’s this week, about 50 km from Monday and now it’s starting to take its toll. All day at work I was tired and energy sapped plus add in the fact that my feet were still a little sore from two days ago (breaking in new shoes) so I decided at the last moment to make it a rest day.

Well your body was telling you the right thing!
I was going to take my new replacement 205 last night, but accidently zonked for 4 hours instead. Have to get out there tonight...about to start leading my 10K ducklings...eek.
