Easy run tonight, just plodding around the streets of Hoppers Crossing. The heart-rate graph clearly shows an easy effort.

I keep telling myself that I'm gonna do your trick and throw in a stack of sit-ups after a run.
I keep forgetting though. Maybe I should put a sign up somewhere to remind me.
I like the runs where you just plod along - gives you a chance to switch off a bit mentally and just chill out.
