For various reasons I couldn't get out this morning for a longish run so I thought I'd at least get a run in.
It was basically a ho-hum type run and then at the 10 k mark I decided to put a quick one in. As it turned out that particular split came in at 3:48 so I'm happy with that.
No Garmin HRM problems. Hopefully those problems (rubbing, miss-readings, non-readings, spikes) are behind me now.
