Just an easy, relaxed and leisurely 13 km tonight. No thoughts of little speed sessions along the way. Come to think about it, no thoughts of any nature, oops forgot about the cruise. I was thinking how the hell can I maintain my training whilst on the cruise (a week on Sunday heading off for 10 days). Apparently there is a running track around the ship and a gym. I’ll probably do some ‘mickey mouse’ type training.
SportTracks update.
With the latest update of SportTracks it’s now possible to save chart images directly from SportTracks. So today’s images are directly from SportTracks with some additional editing comments from me, via the ‘SnagIt’ program.
