Checked my weight this morning and have finally cracked it into the 75 kg bracket. Haven't been there for, well I don't know, ages. Actual reading was 75.4 kg. And here's a little graph, that from my perspective looks good.
To put this weight into perspective, I'm 176 cm (5' 9" and a bit) tall which apparently means my BMI is 24.3. Not bad for a 45, nearly 46, year old.

Checked my weight this morning and have finally cracked it into the 75 kg bracket. Haven't been there for, well I don't know, ages. Actual reading was 75.4 kg. And here's a little graph, that from my perspective looks good.

Well done on dropping the kilos Steve. Plotting in on a graph makes it look even more impressive!
